RUBBER STOPPER MACHINE.
Procedure
o
Wear the hand gloves.
o
Take sufficient quantity of rubber stoppers in
clean plastic tub.
o
Soak in 1% Teepol solution and give frequent
wash with purified water by vigorous agitation, till Teepol solution will be
removed completely.
o
Take previously washed rubber stoppers to steam
kettle through static pass box.
o
Put sufficient quantity of rubber stoppers in
steam kettle.
o
Give frequent wash with WFI at elevated temperature
till rinse sate free from particulate matter during optical inspection..
o
Distribute rubber stoppers in ss containers and
load it into MHS for sterilization process.
o
Maintain record of cleaning of rubber stopper.
