Manufacturing process

Tablets are the solid dosage form prepared by the mixing and compression of granules meant for the oral dosage form.They may be prepared by the either of three methods.

*Wet granulation method
*Dry Granulation method.
*Direct Compression method.

First of all dispensing of Raw material takes place, raw material means active drug and exepients used in the manufacturing process.

After dispensing granulation process will occur , before this all the ingredients are mixed and granules are formed by granulation process.All formed granules are dried under Fluid bed dryer or other suitable drying method. Dried granules of suitable size and shape are allowed for punching of tablet in tabled compression machine or punching press.

All the prepared tablet are coated (if needed) on coating pan from colors or dyes.
